Donations
If you would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to the museum, this is the place. Your donations go directly toward our projects to restore and maintain our collection of historic equipment. Every penny counts!
*Not only will we accept monetary donations but also are willing to accept material for example :
Railway Books \ Maps, ETC. Light bulbs in new working condition (Not florescent) New Lumber Screws \ Nails Railroad clothing of era (must be clean and in usable condition) Railroad Spikes \ Ties \ Rail ( must be in usable condition) Railroad Lanterns Railroad photographs Railroad tools Certain Types of electrical wire Iron piping \ fittings Hand tools Shop tools and the list goes on!!!

Donation is defined as gift or as a voluntary transfer of property made gratuitously, and not for any consideration. A gift inter vivos is perfected when there is an intent of the donor to make a gift, a delivery of the gift, and an acceptance by the donee. Control over the subject of the gift is lost by the donor upon delivery, and the gift takes effect immediately. There can be no revocation of such a gift by the donor.
Final appraisal and disposition of materials shall be decided by the Board of trustees by any means suited for there reporting purpose. The monetary value of the donation may be subject to annual review for insurance purposes.
